Guaranteed delivery:

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated guaranteed delivery date and fee (if applicable).

International Delivery Rates and Times:

Check individual product pages to see if an item can be delivered to you. If you're signed in, we use your Buy Now delivery address to determine your location. Otherwise, we use your IP address. We determine exact delivery charges at checkout. You can estimate delivery costs by adding the "per delivery" cost and the "per item" or "per kg" cost. "Per item" costs are applied to the number of items and "per kg" costs are applied to the actual weight (listed as delivery weight) and dimensional weight (delivery package dimensions).The delivery options available to you are shown at checkout. These options depend on things like product weight, product size, and delivery address. Note: Orders may be delivered by various carriers but it isn't possible to choose which carrier delivers your order. Some larger items may be subject to a fixed delivery charge. The fixed delivery charge is clearly stated on the product detail page. You can see if any items can't be delivered to your country on our Shipping Restrictions pages. VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods delivered within the European Union (EU) and the UK. The delivery rates listed here are inclusive of any applicable VAT. If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may also be subject to customs charges. If your delivery address is in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, you must enter your NIF/CIF number into address line 2. If you've already included address information in this box, add a comma, then your CIF/NIF number in the following format: 12345678A. Without the NIF/CIF number, your order may be delayed in customs, or returned to Amazon as undeliverable. You can add a new delivery address at Add a new address. There are different delivery options available for a delivery in the UK. FREE Standard Delivery Note: The following delivery costs are for orders fulfilled by Little Bee in UK. Delivery costs charged by third-party sellers on Amazon.co.uk may vary. We show the delivery cost when you place your order. Orders that include £10 or more of eligible books qualify for FREE Delivery. All orders of £25 or more of eligible items across any product category also qualify for FREE Delivery in the UK. Standard Pickup to any Pickup Location across any product category, qualifies for FREE Standard Pickup. Terms and Conditions apply. Delivery occurs three to five days after dispatch. Parcels to residential addresses may be delivered on a Sunday.

VAT & Invoices:

About VAT for Customers Outside the EU and UK. For dispatch to countries outside the EU and the UK, you may be charged VAT or other taxes, as required by the country of delivery or alternatively, the packages may be assessed for import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the country concerned.

What can I return?

Little Bee in UK, offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policies. Most items sold on follow our general return policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

When will I get my refund?

Usually within 2-3 weeks of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.

Does RiseUp Store offer replacements or exchanges?

Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange for a different size or colour or for an item in your Basket. Just click on “Return Items” on the left and follow the instructions.
